Chef Nikky Phinyawatana is a visionary chef, entrepreneur, and founder of the renowned Asian Mint restaurant group. As her personal brand grew—with public speaking engagements, cooking classes, and media appearances—it became clear that she needed a standalone digital platform to showcase her mission, passions, and growing community.

This project was a ground-up build: transforming a vision into a cohesive brand hub that captures Chef Nikky’s story, offers valuable resources, and builds credibility as a Thai food ambassador and wellness advocate.
